Assembly & Multi-Component Systems

We assemble complete metal hardware systems made of multiple components, including moving parts, decorative elements, and functional mechanisms. From buckles, snap hooks, zip pullers, and riveted studs to complex assemblies combining zamak, brass, steel, and iron, each piece is assembled with precision to ensure durability, alignment, and reliable performance across fashion, leather goods, jewellery, and technical applications.

FAQs

Which components can Miperval assemble?

We assemble a wide range of hardware, including:

  • Snap hooks and key hooks
  • Buckles and slider buckles
  • Studs with rivets and mechanical fasteners
  • Zip-pullers and functional closing systems
  • Multi-part frames, hinges, and moving elements

If your item has moving parts, multiple materials, or mechanical tolerances, we can assemble it.

Can you add stones or decorative elements during production?

Yes. We offer two options:

  • Integrated stone casting (for brass or bronze using microfusion/lost-wax): stones are set inside the piece during casting.
  • Post-assembly stone setting (for zamak or iron pieces): stones, pearls, or resin inlays are installed after casting.

We work with rhinestones, semi-precious stones, synthetic gems, and resin inserts.

Can moving parts be assembled (hinges, clasps, buckles)?

Yes. We produce and assemble components with:

  • Hinged movement
  • Rotating joints
  • Spring-loaded parts
  • Mechanical closures
  • Functional belt and bag systems

We respect the functional tolerances required for each mechanism.

Can you assemble components made of different materials?

Yes. We assemble combinations of:

  • Zamak + Iron (example: buckle body with steel prong)
  • Zamak + Brass (decorative elements or screws)
  • Brass + Stone (luxury or premium hardware)
  • Zamak + Plastic/Resin (budget-sensitive solutions)

Material choice is based on budget, strength, and design.

Do you provide solutions for logos or branded parts?

Yes. We can apply logos in three ways:

  • Engraved into the mold (permanent, metal relief)
  • Laser-marked after production (surface mark)
  • Filled with enamel colour (decorative brand mark)

We need a vector file (.AI / .EPS) or a clear sketch with the official font.

Logo customisation cost depends on complexity, but applying the logo to the mold or master carries a setup cost only.

Which industries use your assembly service?

We supply:

  • Bags & leather goods
  • Belts & saddlery
  • Footwear & fashion accessories
  • Pet hardware
  • Jewellery & microfusion products

If it requires precision, movement, or a multi-material structure, we can assemble it.
