Every order is securely packed for transport and shipped worldwide through trusted courier partners or collected directly from our facility. Lead times are planned transparently, with flexible delivery options available for urgent projects, large volumes, or phased shipments.

How are products packed for shipping?

All components are packed for safe transport:

  • protected by internal packaging and separation layers
  • boxed, sealed, and palletised when required
  • prepared to avoid scratches, deformation, and plating damage

We ensure the packaging suits the transport method and product type.

Which couriers and transport partners do you use?

We ship worldwide through leading carriers such as:

DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, GLS, and BRT.

If you have a courier membership or better commercial rates, provide your account number, and we will book the pickup using your contract.

Can I arrange my own pickup?

Yes. Clients may use their preferred courier.

What are the standard lead times?

Lead times vary depending on product type:

  • Standard zamak or brass components: 2–3 weeks
  • Products requiring assembly or multiple component systems: 3–4 weeks
  • High volume orders or complex finishing: 4+ weeks

We will confirm lead times during quotation.

Can you ship partial deliveries for large orders?

Yes. For high-volume production, we can ship the first ready batch after approximately 3 weeks, so you can begin manufacturing while the remainder is completed.

How long does shipping take?

Average transit time:

  • EU: 2–5 days
  • USA & Canada: 3–7 days
  • Middle East & Africa: 4–10 days
